The greatest weakness of the Church these days is very few consistently read the Word, study It, and know It.
What book are you reading right now, what book are you studying?
Just finished John. Started Acts. Still pumping through Revelation via a commentary by Chuck Missler. Studying Daniel a bit on the side. I really would like to study the history of Israel's kings again and learn them well enough to know the general era they ruled and which ones were bad and good. :sleepy:

The Gospels with a focus on taking note of Jesus' human side. For example, I slow down (i.e. commentaries) when one of the Gospels describes an emotion of Jesus (like surprise, compassion, grief, etc.). I'm finishing up Matthew and beginning Mark.

Mark and I just finished Hebrews, I also plan on going through Isaiah and I have been putting off my reading of Leviticus, Kings and Job for a while now.
Also various when I'm trying to learn something specific.
I really need to read the Bible more, there's so much left to learn and so little time to learn it.

I'm going through the book of John because it shows a lot of the spiritual side of Jesus and how that connects to saving our human nature.

Are you referring to the book of Luke or are you just trying to be funny?

Actually, Mark, Matthew and Luke all used Q as a source.
