URL Error

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, or if perhaps it's an issue with my internet/browser, but it seems like whenever someone quotes a post/thread/etc. that has a link in it, when I click on the link it opens with an extra "http//" between the "http://" and "www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/blahblah" and so my browser goes to my ISP's search page since it doesn't know what to do with that address.

Does this happen to anyone else?

I've utilized Firefox and Chrome to test, and this happens in both.
