No one should youse a heroless deck . Your good enhancements would have to be multicolor, and you would have to know the evil characters to convert. And if your opponents offense has an AOCP you would have no evil characters to convert unless you have more in you hand or deck. The only thing that a heroless deck is good for is defense!

Before TXP, heroless proved to be a powerful type of deck that would give anyone, even champions, a run for their money if it was well constructed.

After TXP, I don't foresee heroless being viable.

How? TexP really didnt do much for the game except make Gates of Hell decks possible and Phili defenses in 50% of the decks out there...

Grapes of Wrath is almost a staple in decks now. Built from the Rock doesn't protect from shuffle, and when Paul is shuffled he is re set to Saul.

Oh no you delayed my deck one turn o: Imo if Saul Paul is your staple hero in heroless then you are just building your deck to fail.

Firstly, it would be more than "delaying your deck one turn". You would have to reset up, which includes using another convert (and, from what I've seen, the majority of heroless decks only use Holy Grail. To compensate, you'll have to include more; which reduces the defense).

I never at any point said that Saul/Paul should be your only hero, but almost anyone would agree he is, by far, the most useful hero in heroless.

A converted Proud Pharisee is always nice too.

I agree though that grapes and Darius's Decree seriously hurt heroless.
