If i'm looking for a tin with good offense in general, not theme specific, which one do I go with in your opinion?

I really like FOOF Tin I's offense. Lots of powerful characters banding together!

Since the tins revolve around themes, that's kinda difficult to say. Tin 19 is ridiculously powerful though. Everybody should buy Tin 19 after getting the H deck.
