My only issue is that Rex is seen in the end credits of Monsters, Inc.

Mike Wyzowski is also seen in Finding Nemo's credits.

Furthermore, it doesn't include the short films.

Why all the issues?  Pixar is just using the same formula used by J.R.R. Tolkein, Marvel and DC.
