Strange Redemption Website I found In My Inbox

I was clearing out emails when I found a username verification to a certain forum (Road2Freedom Forums) and I never remember signing up, so I checked out the website:

http://road2freedom.com/board/YaBB.pl

and apparently it's connected to Redemption. Anyone know what this is?  ???

Probably a virus.
Even if it isn't, it seems sketchy to me.
