The MPAA and RIAA are powerful lobbies with lots of connections on Capitol Hill. I'm hoping they get shot down, as my entire career depends on this not being passed.

Kinda like the fact that in some states, you need one form of ID to buy a gun, but two forms if you want to pay with a check.

Well he did promise "hope and change" I guess this would be the change by making us more like China.
If you can teach that thing how to aim and pull the trigger then I would gladly send it to war. I think we might win based on shear intimidation.
He saying that so people won't think he's behind it. Don't you rember what Bush 41 said "Read my lips, No new taxes." He made more taxes so don't believe everything a politician says.

He's had a lifelong interest in politics, and so when there was an opening at the county level, he decided to run, and won. He also promised that he'd arrive here (my college) around 3PM on Sunday.
