Post by: STAMP on February 11, 2009, 10:51:41 AM: On May 11, a stamp will increase (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090210/ap_on_go_ot/postal_rates;_ylt=AnrsH4XOnUPl05bUtfRVpVMDW7oF) from 42 to 44.

On May 30, a Stamp will increase from 44 to 45.

Both increases are inevitable.

I think you are combining "Madam, I'm Adam" and "A man, a plan, a canal, Panama". But I'm guessing that you did that on purpose :)
