Parents would have literally sent their kids to school in long sleeve shirts with wind chills in the 20's.

FWIW, part of the problem here in Florida is that no one has the appropriate clothing. The majority of Floridians do not own winter coats, boots, gloves, or anything with warmth. Lol, you guys thinking 20 degrees is cold. Unless Im going to be out in sub 30 degree weather for a long time, I still wear short sleeve shirts. I never wear long sleeves, unless its a jacket/coat, which I only wear when I'm going to be in the cold for a long period of time.
