Awesome. Mass duplication/distribution is exactly what I need to do. In fact, I need to create a master for our vendor to make the CD dups for us... didn't realize I had to get the video done AND get it formatted for Copy Cats (duplication company). BUT now I realize that would have been a silly assumption.
So yeah... mass distribution (at a trade show, needs to be Mac and PC friendly, hoping for best quality possible without sacrificing playability). I've got an order of 1500 of these in for tomorrow morning and I've gotta get it sent over ASAP to them, and I don't want it to get messed up.
I was just given the following direction on Facebook, but haven't had the chance to try it yet:
"Actually, you can put a readme file on the same CD. I would recommend the Oxelon or AVS video converter with the Options set to Format-MP4, Video Codec H264, Audio Codec AAC, Video Size 720x480, Bitrate-864 kbits/sec, Audio-Stereo-44.1k-128 bits/sec"
My goal: highest possible quality, normal playback (no lag or "off" audio), and no having to copy the file to the computer hard drive--needs to just play from the CD.
It's an MOV, 1280x720, 250MB right now.
