If I had to guess it was because he wasn't active enough because somewhat recently cactus cleaned out a TON of people who were not active enough I think.

But he can't log off of his phone since he logged on with it.
He said it kept saying error you have been banned from this forum.  This ban is not set to expire.

he was on and deleted one of his deck posts that was from a few months ago.
he then tried to post a deck in the forum and the error popped up

The Moderators are the ones in the "Who's Online?" list (left side of the screen) that have their screen name in blue or green. I would recommend that you send one of them a PM to find out what happened, and what can be done (if they have not already contacted you by now).
