No i heard it a while back, and thought its was the dumbest(i know thats not really a word, but it was) riddle ever.  i was looking for an object when it was a word riddle.  hopefully you liked it a little more than i did.

To adhere to the strict original definition of dumb, you cannot be more or less dumb. You're either dumb or aphasic or something.

Came up on yahoo... interesting.

There is a village where the barber shaves all those and only those who do not shave themselves. Who shaves the barber?

Himself?

It can't be himself, because the barber ONLY shaves those who don't shave themselves. Therefore, the barber doesn't shave himself.

The Barber probably doesn't shave himself. Maybe another Barber?

The barber shaves everyone who doesn't shave himself.

C'mon, man, you should've gotten this by now.

Its a paradox, I believe.

Sk might have made the mistake thinking it said "himself" instead of "themselves", meaning the answer is not "The Barber, because she is a woman".

Aw, I said 'themself', which apparently isn't a word, and auto-correct changed it to 'himself'.  Stupid automation.
