After 9 years in space, New Horizons finally flew past pluto today. Better images will be showing up tonight!

I believe that they're releasing the highest resolution picture tomorrow morning at a press conference.

And it also just donned on me that it was launched when Pluto was still classified as a planet.

One of the best parts of this is the probe is powered by the same CPU that was in the original Sony Playstation.
