Redemption forums password log in error

For some reason when I try to log in with the correct username and password the first time it keeps saying "incorrect password" but when I type it in the second time it successfully logs in?

Is there an error on the forums itself or is this fixable??

Is this happening to everyone who tries to log in to the forums??
