Heh. My girlfriend's older brother showed me that video the first time I met him. I decided then that I would get along with her family awesomely.

I had one guy tell me what he thought about rap!  He said "music and candy have a lot in common, they are only good when you throw the wrappers away!"

I like rap music. This is a funny video, Auto Tune Obama and Auto tune The News are good as well.

Haha, not really...I haven't played Redemption for months, and I probably never will...but I may come back and post occasionally, idk.

Anyone wanna buy my collection?  I have no idea how much it's worth, but it's a lot...

**edit** I wouldn't really consider Owl City an "auto-tuning" artist, sure it's mostly electronic, but the guy can sing, unlike many musicians nowadays.  Personally, I find it extremely frustrating that a fair number of famous "artists" can't even sing well or on pitch (not rappers, I put them in a different category.  I personally don't like it, but some are good at what they do, and it does sound cool/good/whatever, it's just not what I would call "music").  It makes me realize that having a successful career in music depends much more on having the right connections that actual talent, which kind of stinks for me. **edit**

Changing priorities going into my senior year in high school, planning for college, etc.  It doesn't help that I have literally no one to play Redemption with within an hour's driving distance, and I don't really like playing online that much.  For the past 2-3 years (since FoOF came out) I'd been playing Redemption almost exclusively at Nationals, and it's hard to stay interested or competitive in a game like Redemption if I never play.  I'm way behind the competitive metagame, my collection is lacking in TexP cards, and I'm just not motivated to put the time and money into it anymore that I used to.

Hey,

While I'm not willing to argue that rappers are talented musicians (or necessarily musicians at all for that matter) I do believe that some of the greatest poets of our generation are rappers.

Tschow,

I'm planning to go to Messiah College, but as it's about 45 minutes away from where I live now, I doubt it will make much of a difference in the number of Redemption players nearby.  Even if it did, I think I will have even less time to spend on card games then than I do now.

I started up 2 playgroups at 2 of the churches around there while I was in undergrad (Go Falcons! Marshmallow Wars and Duct Tape Massacre FTW!). Once you get set up, I'll give you contacts. Besides, Marti's group is only in Shippensburg/Chambersburg area...or even York might be an option for you...

Yep. You now have to remove it from the game for it to work. >:(
