Is this your own picture that you want to choose off of the Internet or a picture from your camera.
For the internet you "copy the link location" and paste it.
For the camera you might be able to do the same thing. (But I don't know.)

When you're setting up your account, the computer will scan your face, match your features with an existing profile on a universal database, and enter a picture of you and all other necessary information from there into your Cactus message board profile. The government must be notified of all changes made to this information.

But if that didn't happen, then I would try to use Photobucket.
