Poll: Biblical authenticity of Redemption

Would you rather see rulings in the future support Redemptions conformity to current theology, or encourage good gameplay?

Personally, I'd rather see rules stay simple (relatively), as I teach and make rulings for quite a few new players, and keeping up with all this is hard stuff.

good gameplay. many of us dont throw hissy fits over the many historical anachronisms we achieve through gameplay, so why should we over other biblical innacuracies?. the game is full of tons of variables and unpredictable situations where its nigh impossible to cater to and pre-empt every single one of those while still retaining biblical accuracy. while its great to keep the game biblically accurate, it isnt at the expense of consistent and good gameplay.

In fact, I consider it an achievement.

This is my thought on the matter as well. There's no way to perfect Biblical accuracy in a card game, and at least at this point there's also no way to perfect gameplay, so we need to find a good middle ground.

What is "current theology" anyway? Given the rather disparate theological positions that this community holds, it seems like a bad idea to try and make the game somehow conform to one of them.

So I guess I agree with everyone above. :P
