MO, MU are all in the Scrabble Dictionary.
Just for the record, neither of these should be counted as words.  The scrabble dictionary defines "MO" as "momentum" which basically makes it an abbreviation.  The scrabble dictionary defines "MU" as a greek letter, which means it is in a foreign language.  I was unaware that the scrabble dictionary included abbreviations and foreign language words.  With the aforementioned inclusion now of proper nouns also being allowed in scrabble, perhaps it's dictionary is no longer a good authority for this game.

The idea here is for a car game.  People are using words that they know and regularly use.  Proper nouns, abbreviations, and foreign language words are not supposed to count.

I think Prof said I'm supposed to start the next word, so:

Y

Y
Y-E

unless we're keeping a similar order.

I like to play that it has to go around once before someone can be eliminated.  That way no one loses on a two letter word, such as B-E. Of course sometimes people don't even know they have formed a legitimate word and that is funny also. (Now that RDT has posted and it won't change the outcome, YE is an example of a two-letter legitimate word.)

Prof, words spelling letters have always counted in SCRABBLE.  Aitch, pi, omega, for example, have always been legitimate.

As long as we go around with everybody going once, it really doesn't matter. :)

what's the order?
Execute Order 66 :maul:
That doesn't work anymore, because you can't kill Chuck Norris.

I don't doubt that they have counted in Scrabble.  I'm just saying that if foreign words (including spelling their letters) have not traditionally counted in this car game.

Which is also nice because then people actually CAN start words with "M" without having to ban all 1 and 2 letter words :)

Even counting one- and two-letter words you can still start with "M" and play an eight letter game.  ;)

Now if only I could come up with some easy way to remember what that 8-letter word was....
