Hey, at least the way it's worded keeps you from being able to abuse it with Ariana.

It can be used against speed as well.

Oh dear, what happened to your full hand of cards? Oh I'm sorry, they're back in the deck. Oh me oh my!

AoCP
HT
GoYS

That was easy.

Technically yes, but let's shoot our goal a bit lower, after all dominants are one of the games signatures.

Urim Thumiumn
Search (both versions)
Lost souls card
The Garden Tomb
Sin in the camp
False peace
Hidden Treasures
Ethiopian Treasurer
Jacob (foof)
Gifts of the Magi

If anyone wants to talk about that list I will be happy to give many reasons.

More fun with deck disturbance and Lost Soul fishing:

CARD NAME: Samaritan Water Jar
CARD TYPE: Artifact
CLASS:
IDENTIFIERS:
STATS:
BRIGADE COLOR:
Original SPECIAL ABILITY:  Discard this card to reveal the top 3 cards of an opponent's deck (or 9 if a Samaritan Hero is in play) and set them aside.  Put Lost Souls in play instead.   When that deck has no cards, return those cards from set-aside to deck.
SCRIPTURE:  The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? John 4:28-29

:O Loving Water Jar. Very much.

Question, though. When the cards are returned to deck, do they get shuffled or no?

i see no reason whatsoever to not make the water jar a staple for all t1 decks. robbing your opponent of 3 cards (or 9?!?!) at the cost of 1 card is a VERY GOOD exchange. i love it.

Only if you've already killed their Chariots of Fire. Otherwise it's pointless.

That's disapointing. The old water jug was so much cooler.

Fun, yes, but he has a point.  This only sets aside the deck for a time, then brings it back after the rest of your deck is gone.  If you discard the Heroes, they're in your discard pile and subject to the 80 billion ways to bring back Heroes.  Honestly, I find it's better to leave them aside where they're out of my hair.  That's why I'm such a fan of Two Possessed.  In the right situation, it's basically a permanent set-aside.

BRIGADE COLOR: Crimson
SPECIAL ABILITY:  If used by a Babylonian, you may discard this card to discard a Fortress.  Opponent may discard one of his Sites instead.
SCRIPTURE: And he shall set engines of war against thy walls, and with his axes he shall break down thy towers. Ezekiel 26:9

I've liked axe a lot for a long time. Even if Crimson is more easily negateable than most, it's loaded with goodies.

Samaritan's Water Jar is way OP.  9 cards?  You've got to be kidding me.

Axe is a great addition.
May you prosper greatly!
