Oh so moral perspective, not a good movie though, but morally good. 
If you insist on breaking a movie down to either "action" or "morality" then I guess you have a case for calling it a bad movie, but if you inisit on seeing it "holisticly" then how can you say that Spiderman 3 is a bad movie given its content and meaning.
There is a difference between a "morally good" movie and a "good" movie
