Holy neckwear, Batman!  You're right.  There should have been a third tie.

There had to be some type of post-week revision made by NFL.com in week 11.  It now shows you losing to HallofGMan 96-94.  I can't find any mention from NFL.com that they made a change.  I know as of Tuesday morning it was still showing as a tie.  Weird.

Ah so I took the loss instead? I thought I had only 4 losses... oh well, not bad for someone who can't change his lineup.  ;D

woohoo...I'm in spoiler mode now!

Overall, what is my team doing...It's been locked in at that for like 6 or 7 weeks now.  ::)

You will be 4 - 9 after that win.  It was an absolute slaughter.  That is the most points I have seen in one game all season.

Playoffs this week in the Redemption Yahoo League, and like true NFL fashion, the championship game participants from last year failed to make the playoffs this year.   :o  It's like the Madden Curse or something.  In any case, I look at the teams and see the possibility of anyone winning.

In the Redemption NFL.com league, Deadliest Warriors and I have qualified for the playoffs that start next week.  The other two slots are up for grabs between Fireboy, Lightning Hokages, and Halo Recon.  All five teams are pretty equal in strength so this championship can go to anyone, too.

In other leagues, my 12-1 Foxsports team has a bye for the first week of playoffs.  (BTW, the league ID is 1337, )  I am limping into the playoffs in the 20-team Yahoo league at 9-4.  In the 12-team Yahoo public league, we have one more week before playoffs but this week seems to be a warmup of sorts as the #1-#4 seeds all play each other.  #3 and #4 could change but if they don't it will seem like the group stages of World Cup soccer.

In my other NFL.com league, which by the way I was invited to join by the Sheriff's office here in Medford, I am 12-1 and showing no mercy.  If I take the championship in this league I may begin to see a lot of patrol cars following me next year.   :D

Whoever is the league owner can you PLEASE boot me off and then invite me again and I can make another account? We're into the playoffs and I REALLY want to get into my teams and at least have a kicker.  ::)

You fixed it Stamp. I couldn't remember what my password was, but I thought I did. I had NO idea of my username, however. And then it said when I tried to retrieve my username that the email I gave didn't match... apparently I typed it wrong when I made my account.  :( Anyways, you sent me my username so I'm back. Also, how do you check if someone is injured or not? I can't figure it out on the NFL.com league... everything on the espn league is MUCH easier.

First, there is generally a small red cross icon next to the player's name, whether you are on your team page or on the free agent page.  Second, there is a Injury Report selection on the Players drop down menu from the league home page.

If you would have told me that I would break the weekly points record that I set last year with a lineup that included Fitzgerald only getting 2.20 points and some guy named Quintin Ganther, I would have said you're pulling my leg.   :o

I guess we'll see next week if I wasted all those points this week.

Congrats to crustpope's crushers, Winnipeg BlueBombers, and Falmouth Floggers for moving on to the next round.   :)

I see no Quintin on your team...  ;)  Good work though.

With the NFL.com league starting its playoffs this week, both leagues now have their semifinals set:

NFL.com
Red Dragon Thorn vs. STAMP
Sean vs. sk

Yahoo
crustpope vs. STAMP
Falmouth Floggers vs. Winnipeg BlueBombers

Best of luck to all playoff teams!

There were 18 teams in the league.  You were ranked #18 out of 18

sorry, but you missed the playoffs by 10 spots.  You did, however, have the largest lead in last weeks blowout win to rob Kirk Dennison of the 8th playoff spot.

so you can take some consolation in playing spoiler I guess..

STAMP, You're the comisioner for the NFL League correct? If thats the case, I don't feel like I really deserve my playoff spot, I have the same record as LightningNinja, and It appears that the first Tie-Breaker is Points earned, however I feel that since Ninja beat me, not once, but twice during the regular season, he really should be in my spot. Just my 2 cents.

It's up to you Stamp... although since we ARE on a Redemption site anyways and Redemption goes by who beat who and not by ls differential...  ;D

I will look at it.  For some odd reason there are fewer Commisioner functions on NFL.com than Yahoo but this may be something I can change.

Sorry!   :(   It won't let me change it.  Only an NFL League Manager type of league has the ability to change/customize rules and perform other type of commissioner functions.
