It's been awhile...

I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not, but after a long haitus I'm back. I want to start playing on rts, and I need help knowing what to load etc. I guess I better get familiar with the new cards lol There seems to be quite a few sets that are new to me. Are there any new awesome staples (archtypes) post rock of ages? How has type 1 changed? Thanks!

Type 1 has changed from completely dominated by TGT to mostly dominated by TGT.

You'll like Samuel. :-*

You missed the dominance of Disciples. Don't worry about that too much though.

They're still good.  There's a lot more powerful archetypes, TGT is still good.  I'm now around (hi!), and you will RAEG at Mayhem.

The Disciples expansion made Disciples a really strong theme. TGT received several cards in Disciples, and is still a good theme. The New 2011 set (RoA 2/FoOF 2) gave red some really awesome cards. The New set also created Prophets themes for Isaiah and Ezekiel. Genesis got a huge boost as well with an awesome Joseph reprint. Samuel got a reprint and decks are often based off him. Judges, OT Purple Royalty, Babylonians, and Assyrians all got new cards too.

They do when it cuts your hand of 16 down to 6.

Thanks! It's cool that the redemption scene isn't that different from what I remember and that players like yourself are still playing. I really miss the good ol' times  :-*

Is there anywhere I can view all of the cards and their abilities?

I'm having trouble loading RTS (I have a Mac computer, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it) Any help would be much appreciated!  :-*

Yep, Mac users either have to dual boot / run a virtual box, or wait for Redemption Live to be released.

RTS works under WINE in Linux.  You could always use Parallels or Boot Camp.
