Can you do a custom laptop offer?

I'm looking at 17in monitor, 4GB RAM, and a pricepoint of $400.  I've found some out there, but if you can build one equal or better, I wouldn't mind my money going to a good cause

Unfortunately, I am unable to build laptops.

If it can at all wait, I might be able to scrounge up the money in a month or two.
