My first (and only) Nationals was CA [size=8]WOOT![/size] and there were 85 people. I tied for 3rd in T1 2player and got 1st in Ironman.It was a great experience and if you ever have the chance to go, do.
The year that nationals was in Minnesota, I couldn't go because my Dad was making me do work. If Nationals ended up being in Minnesota or Iowa this year, I would be able to go, which would be awesome.

Seeker of Souls (IronMan):Entry Fee = $5.00Participants register on Wednesday or Thursday and receive an identifying Lanyard Badge(and 10 Chip Cards) They wear (display) this badge whenever they are available to challenge or be challenged by any other badged participant. They engage in a regular Type-1 Two-player game. The winner receives a CHIP CARD matching the defeated players badge. The winner may not accept any chip card that does not match the defeated players badge (for example: any card he may have won from another player.) You can only play any participant once(no rematches). If a player has run out of Chip Cards to lose he can no longer play any matches because he has no chips left to risk. Matches CAN ONLY happen outside of scheduled tournament play. During the lunch break on Saturday ALL participants will turn in all collected chip cards. The winner is the participant with the most collected unique Chip Cards. The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony. Winner will receive a Trophy and Redemption Product.
