Spoiler (hover to show)I'm a bit confused by several things I see that shouldn't be there -- I mean, can the white witch die already? And why are the older two back? That being said, I think the new Reepicheep actor did a good job. Aslan better roar a bit more this time, though.
I'll have to re-read that book again...-C_S (Lewis?)

Anyone know why Edmund is holding Sting?
The acting is not very bad.
The thing that ruins these movies for me is the awful acting, primarily on the part of the main character.
Quote from: Isildur on June 17, 2010, 02:49:53 PMAnyone know why Edmund is holding Sting?I could tell you, but then I'd have to ... well, erase your memory or something. It turns out Eustace becomes Smaug and cries like a baby, pouring out 96 tears the size of quarts (and looking like qwartz) creating a slippery surface on the ground, upon which Hobbits are bound to lose their footing. Turns out Bilbo didn't notice it was slippery. Bilbo slips, pierces Sting into Smaugeustace's foot, causing him to flee with Sting still attached. When Eustasmaug finds the Dawn Treader, Susan's Archery instructor Bard nails him with an arrow, sending him falling into the sails. Edmund sees the sword in Eustasmaug's foot, pulls it out, and hacks at the sails until the dragon is free. Lucy puts a drop of healing juice on the arrow and Sting wounds, and Eusatsmaug flies away to "undress."When Edmund goes back to England, he finds Tolkien and gives him Sting so Tolkien can give it back to Bilbo, who just regained consciousness after hitting his head in the fall. Something about time not being a constant between worlds. Now you know.

Otherwise "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" should be called "X-Men Origins: Gambit".
