Also, as silly as it sounds, Sleep might help as well. I know it helps me, and even better after just chatting it up with God and letting out w/e is bumming me out. I will be praying for you but I have church tomorrow and a lesson to plan for children's church so I neeeeed my sleep. Cyas.

Chocolate is made from the cocoa bean, and the cocoa bean comes from South America, as everyone knows, and South America is entirely peopled with slaves, and slaves are used to being struck when they argue back, so clearly the chocolate would not talk back to you, and therefore you would not need to eat the chocolate.
