There is a balance here. If I see an animal half-dead on the side of the road, I'll take the time to shoot it out of its misery. Or if I see an animal with a plastic ring around its neck, I'll attempt to cut it off. What I won't do is volunteer at an animal shelter or give money to a foundation that benefits animals.

hey the one that you don't have to scroll over to see looks like a dog we used to have. Blossom. she died. now, she didn't look like that when she died...she was 13...but guess what? cute faces don't make me want to change anything. emotional<logical, most of the time...

That would be one of the times Logic needs to be more prevalent but they usually aren't.
