What do you think of her? She's become the new sensation and I actually kinda like the techno beats of her music. Her music videos are like live modern art which is cool. She was the first to come out doing this sort of thing but now Miley Cyrus and Ke$ha have started copying her (both of which I despise). What's your opinion on Lady Gaga's influence on music/music video art?

and if you troll this I'mma haunt you 'til you're dead!

What do you think of him? She's become the new sensation and I actually kinda like the techno beats of her commercial drivel. His music videos are like live modern art which is kind of like dog crap but less organized. He was the first to come out doing this sort of thing since Imogen Heap and Brittany Spears, but now Miley Cyrus and Ke$ha have started copying him (both of which I despise). What's your opinion on Lady Gaga's influence on drivel/softcore porn?

and if you troll this I'mma give you an AocP!
Fixed. I'll PM you my address.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Yeah, drivel, softcore porn, waste of time, lack of talent...yeah that sums it up.

Seriously, I like to try and glean some nugget of truth and beauty from even the most repulsive aspects of pop culture (as a former YP, you kinda do this to teach about God as he is reviealed in imperfect humanity and you kinda never stop doing it)...

But she is practically useless in this task.  There is really nothing much morally redeeming about her art at all.

it is pulp, a waste of time and energy that is basically meant to just suck $$ out of the pockets of lesser minds.

I agree with the above. Plus, the music is just boring. I'll stick with my metal.  :P

She's more original than most....although music wise she can't compare to 3OH!3

More original than most pop musicians perhaps... but you dont find originality on the radio, you find it in bands nobody has heard about.

But, out of mainstream she is the most original visual wise and 3OH!3 is soundwise.

yeah, I agree with Lambo. no-name bands FTW.

and as far as techno beats go, you can find plenty of that in metal. Attack Attack and We Came as Romans come to mind.

Lady Gaga isn't original, she's just more overtly sexual and violent than everybody else and our culture has grown so numb to those things that she has been hailed for her debauchery rather than be rebuked for it.
May you prosper greatly!

You change your mind, like a girl changes clothes...
Anyway Lady Gaga is hot.
That's about it, but if she took those diamonds and crazy stuff off her face then she'd be pretty, and not scary.
