Are you questioning God's method of judgement?
Quote from: drb1200 on June 26, 2009, 05:14:46 PMAre you questioning God's method of judgement? It is one thing to want justice by having a child killer go to jail. It is another to have no remorse for his death. Eternity is a lonnnnggg time. Why would any (even small) part of us want that for someone? The people who have personal experience with this seem to find the heart - Jim Elliott's family; families of victims who are part of prison ministries. Death is no small matter, and one that should not be taken as lightly as it has been here.

Quote from: TheHobbit13 on June 26, 2009, 12:25:46 PMYet a part of me feels no remorse. And that is the most disturbing part of both threads on this topic. Somehow Christians are giddy that Michael Jackson may now be in hell. I was at VBS last night and many people cheered when MJ's death was announced.Way to go Christians.
Yet a part of me feels no remorse.
I have to agree with Your Math Teacher. It should be our goal as Christians, regaurdless of who dies that they be saved and go to Heaven.
