Title: How Exactly is a FSP acquired?

Title says it all. I ask mainly out of curiosity. I couldn't find any exact description of how to get one. If I could get one here, that would be great.

There used to be information on the Cactus website about how to sponsor a child through World Vision to obtain one. That information was removed from the website and is no longer available for reasons I cannot explain.

The cheapest and easiest way to obtain a FSP is to purchase one from someone who has one for sale. I just happen to have some FSPs so I'll PM you the details.
