I do not think any can beat metalpsalms...
But most of all, I remember being so excited to discover that the Star Wars saga was not just a "coming-of-age" story about Luke. Instead it was a much larger story about the fall and redemption of Anikin. This made it worth suffering through an army of Jar-Jars

My name is Colin Bodayle. When I saw Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, I became a Jedi. I now worship the Force. You can quote me on that.

I've heard the deep space pilots talk about them. They live on the moons of Iego, I think. They're the most beautiful creatures in the universe. Not to mention "Yippee!" ad nauseum.Quote3. Darth Maul... was too awesome to do nothing until the third act and then go out like a punk.
Star Wars was totally different. There was something magical about that movie. After watching it I felt as if, not just the whole world, but the whole universe had opened up to me. I wondered if I could move stuff with the force. I wondered if I could somehow meditate enough and tap into some unseen resevoir of strength. I wondered if there was a higher purpose for me in this life.

I've always enjoyed movies (transformers beat light sabers ), but I have never understood how people can become so consumed by a two-hour fictional movie.
