.. I think that there should be something like if your opponent does not move in 100 day you should automatically win or something so that you don't get games that will never get finished

You can set a turn time limit when you create a game. If the person goes over that, the software will automatically give you a "force withdraw" or similar option shortly thereafter that lets you claim victory. Iirc....

They have unlimited time games.
I have about 10 games going on where people haven't moved in about 5-6 months.
