As a longtime Isaiah fan I am getting more and more excited about this set. In particular, the purple/green deck that I almost built this year is looking more and more like a reality (especially with Huldah implying a new Josiah...)

Honestly, between her and Purging Evil, it feels like something's up with him. And the old one is basically a worse King Hiram (As Hiram can search for Solomon's Temple, any other good fortress, or draw 1)

Imo, King Josiah was the 2nd greatest king in Israel's history (after David), so I certainly am hopeful for an awesome reprint!

I always considered Hezekiah the second best, with Josiah the third.

But these are some nice Prophets. I might have to put a prophet deck together with this new set. Either an updated version of my Isaiah/Ezekiel Babylonian/Assyrian deck or something new. But there's also the new Daniel cards and I already have a Daniel deck... So many fun choices.

Some scholars actually would argue that the text presents Josiah as the ideal king.

Thanks for the spoilers. I’m liking how a musician can access the reserve. Maybe instead of banding with an OT female her ability can be CBI so the older versions of Moses can be banded into battle without negating her ability. Just a thought.

I’m curious about Deborah making Jael CBN if she isn’t TC and doesn’t band with Jael. Is the intent of this for Jael to be banded in some other way, such as FoS, NA, etc?

Update: Disregard my question about Deborah. It would have been helpful if I looked up Barak’s ability first.  :doh:

Barak from CoW can exchange with her. So Deborah to Barak to Jael is a thing.
