Pluto was reinstated as a planet but as a minor (dwarf) one if it makes ya feel any better.

Pluto was not reinstated as a planet, it was given the designation of dwarf planet. Just as the high in high school does not describe the school, the dwarf in dwarf planet is not an adjective but part of a compound noun. In short, a "dwarf planet" is not a "planet" just as a "sea horse" is not a "horse."
