Ok, I have tried to get my own pic . Does it have to be from my website? And, if not can someone tell me the steps to do it?

if u know where to put the text: Simply search for a image or find the location of a image of in some other way and copy the location at the top of the screen.
image must be on the Web to use as a Avi or To Post

As of now, you can't upload your own image.  You'll have to find the URL of an image and copy/paste.

I typically use Imagehost.  It's got forum links built in!

So does Photobucket.  :P
