VICTORY!

I did walkthrough 20, due to not having ANY idea that thing was even IN ten.

I'm left with 17 and 19, and can't manage to make any progress on either of them.

Edit: I've figured out most of 19.
Edit 2: 19 was clever. 17 is the devil.
Edit 3: Finally made the stupid thing spin. Almost got it.

Took me like 20 mins, but I found it eventually after mass clicking everything. The panel that gives the symbol order is a red herring.

Not completely. I used it to help know the numbers with the thing in level 10. It was definitely helpful, but after you enter the numbers in it doesn't matter (as far as I can tell).

When I said red herring, I meant that it's actual use is not what it seems to be.

I'm still stuck trying to open that envelope on 16?  I'm clicking on the top part and dragging it up?  What am I doing wrong?

It seems to be random on whether or not a given pull will bring the top up with you. Sometimes I get it the first try, sometimes after a few tries, and sometimes it takes a dozen.

Yeah it seems to be very finicky on that one.  I remember figuring out what to do very quickly, but still ending up looking it up on a walkthrough because it wouldn't work.
