I am getting sick of WordPress and would like some alternatives. What great hosting have you had? I want nothing that has to be paid for.

I would go with Blogger for normal blogs and Twitter for microblogging.  Another great option is Tumblr.  It is between Blogger and Twitter for complexity.

wordpress.com is the best. nuff said

My friend is making a simple blog called Cloudica.net it's beta and doesn't have many features (atm it's like twitter, more stuff coming though) it's fun :D
