No need for Snopes.  Hereis verifiable truth that the sole goal of government is to destroy the family unit.  And right near my home town!

I see people are still playing with the Free Parking cash pot house rule...

Why can't someone convince them to produce Settlers of AmCan instead?  Or AmCanricola?  Or I don't know, how about a fun game?

AmCanricola... wow. Luckily, unlike Settlers, I can't see Agricola getting ridiculous rethemes. :)

Heh.  Building and running an old-timey European farm already broke my ridiculous meter for game themes.

Or at least, it would have if there weren't a light card-based wargame based on the 1960 presidential election, or reimagining the Battle of Gettysburg with Yetis and mastodons.

Point being, it's already about as wacky as you can make it.  I do like the game, though, and i'm anxious to try it with other card sets.

After I made that post, I did remember the L deck and the Ö deck (alright, hooray for Austria!). And then I remembered that there's a peat-based expansion coming out.

I'm finally getting my own set in about a week, complete with Z deck and animeeples. I'm looking forward to it, it's one of two games I rate a 10 (along with the not-nearly-similar Nexus Ops).

Wow just... Wow, "People need more fun things to do these days"

An endless supply of video games, board games, online games, etc isn't enough? If one looks for something fun, they can find it pretty easily if they are willing to look around.
Not quite a ghost...but not quite not.
