I just wanted to hear the comments on Hamans Gallows. This is a funny card to me, leave comment's here-

Hamans Gallow's-

Fort , your persians cannot be Ignored .  If a card were to be ripped, remove it from the game instead. Protect Zeresh, and Haman from Capture and Conversion.

Ashdod does not recur ECs or allow Philistines to play pale green, so.....

Gallows is a novelty. Give it a few months, and no one will use it seriously.

I would not play with this card in any orange defense, but that's just me.

I disagree.

Being able to block with my Persians from hand even if Brown is affected by TGT isn't just a novelty. If all it did was allow you to preserve your Plots, then, yeah, serious players wouldn't use it. But the other ability is awesome. I would possibly use it in a mostly demon deck with now 3 Persian demons that could get by not only TGT but Three Nails as well.

This card will make any serious TGT player include at least one reliable way to get rid of an Evil Fortress. IMO Persians just became the premier anti-TGT defense (especially since Wash Basin neutralizes GoH). I guess we shall see, but I'd say this card will be more popular than you realize.

the speed decks (90% of decks that use Plot) won't use this card. the other few decks that play defense might. I agree with Janissary (can I still call him that with the new avatar?)

I think your severely overestimating this single card's effect on the meta (especially in t2). In T1, it will probably be even less effective due to TGT's heavy drawing. This card isn't even the best TGT counter in the set. I can't picture it doing much other making Persians a semi-viable defense in T1. I still see Gates as the premiere counter to Tomb.

I'll use it. Now I can use 5 plots per game. Before that I could only use like 2, beings I didn't have enough cards to check in 2 decks.

Which counter do you think is better? Maybe Golgotha, but sites are currently easier to deal with than Fortresses.

While I don't know if Persians are good enough to make a defense by themselves, Persians + a few other Brown characters (Gomer, Uzzah) could make a brilliant defense. But I guess we'll see. Perhaps you'll get to play my Persian defense someday.

I might not even use that card, while having a HP. in my deck, I will just make a 51 card deck, ripping plots are fun!

The new sites granting protection from various effects are loads better for TGT countering in my opinion. Golgotha is an arguable second best counter, followed by Gallows and that Crimson heretic enhancement I cannot remember the name of.

Fortress are much easier to counter than sites if only because of the number of cards than counter them. Sites have very centralized counters, while fortress have a wide variety, allowing you to possess a greater surprise factor and thus have a better chance at catching an opponent offguard.

You can't have rip 5 HP per game with a type 1 deck anyway. I was refering to t2.

I wouldn't consider using it in t1, I'd just check in 3 decks.

[/quote]  Persians are good for Hero-Discard. I use to use them alot, and I ended up 2nd place in a few local tournaments with hero discard, and site lock. I won because, My opponent had no heros! I think I also mixed the brown in with a little PG capture!

Just look out for CoF/Hero recursion.  There's a new purple cov in Disciples that I like, just don't remember the name.

The New Covenant

At any time, you may place this card beneath your deck to heal all NT heroes, return all captured NT heroes to territory, or discard all evil cards on NT heroes.

I don't think you understand... Golgotha is near untargetable with Caesarea Phillipi in play.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but currently Trumpet and Sword is the only one shot card that counters Caesarea Phillipi.
Gates of Hell is by far the best card in the game.  No questions asked.
