Grabbing an Image from a card

Can anyone tell me how to get the image from a card? I'm looking to print off an image, but don't want the card part with it, just the art. Any ideas?

A large number of cards, like AoCP and Hur, are taken from famous paintings or from children's books, and you can find them online.
For the rest, Photoshop is your friend.

Adding on to what MJB said,
If the card has something other than "Artist Unknown" on the bottom right, look up the artist and you'll have a much easier time finding the artwork.
