Title: FSP - where do I get them (from who, since I already sponsor a WV child)?

The go-to person is David Easterling - who is connected to World Vision.
I don't know what type of situation he requires before sending out the card, but last I checked, you had to sponsor a child through him directly. Then, he allowed you to purchase additional cards along with copies of his music cd's.

Yeah, we already talked with him (6 months ago?), my dad and I, and he said he had a deal worked up, but we couldn't buy at the time. So, thanks for the help, Gil! I'll PM you what I get back from him. Thanks!
