Follow-up Madness and Fools...May Powers?

I got this idea thinking about March Madness and April Fools.  While you have to use Heroes and Evil Characters (though I guess some would debate the second ;)), how about all of those cards you May use?

Could we have a tournament for all of these cards:  Covenants, Curses, Artifacts, Sites, and Fortresses?  I could see a bracket for Covenants + Curses which would then be set against Artifacts, and then on the other side Sites eventually set against Fortresses.  The winner on each side would then duke it out for the best non-dom non-hero non-EC.

I really like the concept of March Madness and April Fools, and I think it's also a good way for people (especially new players) to get some ideas as to why certain cards are more useful :)

(Also, given how things are turning out in March Madness, I don't think posts like "XYZ will win no point kthx" are helpful or accurate ;))

Hey,

I'm currently planning on running the April Fool's tournament. Assuming Schaef grants me the power necessary to do so (i.e. some sort of ability to make polls since I currently can not do that), I've told him I would be open to running more of these tournaments (I was thinking GEs/EEs first, but really anything like that would be interesting).

I think running all neutral cards at the same time is a fundamentally bad idea. While there would be some interesting scenarios, I don't think artifacts, for instance, should be limited to the top 8.

Edit: Enhancements are even worse. AoCp probably wins on offense (though Edict, Bravery of David, and Valley of Salt could put up a fight), Confusion wins on defense (T2!), and Plot wins on defense (T1).

I always thought it should be May fortresses (instead of May Flowers).  Then it should be June of Arts.

An interesting one wuld be a lost soul bracket.
