Well if you look under Articles then Disciples Bryon said the article will come out the 17th and then another every two weeks. So yes it is the 17th

Don't forget the "or about," which is the time it takes Rob to post the article on the Cactus webpage.  He will have the article when he opens his e-mails in the morning.  He will have to create a page for it, create an image of the card from the press sheet, format the document correctly, put both of them on the webpage, and upload it.  He'll have to find the time to do this in addition to running the company pretty much by himself.  So...
yeah, it could be a couple more days.
