Does anyone here collect coins?

Just wondering. I have a big bucket of quarters that I was going to take to the bank today, but I got bored and looked through them. I found a bunch of quarters minted before 1965, and the internet told me that means they're 90% silver (they look different too). Most sites I've seen say they're worth a few bucks each.

Will these sell if I put them on ebay? Do I need specific years for them to be worth anything? Some are in good shape, some are in poor shape. Most of them I see on ebay have been graded; do I need to do that? That's too much of a hassle for a shot at a couple bucks, lol.

Nothing else I might just hold onto them. They're kind of cool.

My best friends collect coins.  They suggest either keep them to build your own collection or sell them for the value of silver.

I don't collect coins so I recently traded in a bunch of silver coins for over $80.

Sounds good. This place says that their melt value is almost $5 each. I know I won't get that, but still pretty good. I think I found like 12, so that's pretty awesome.

Our Grampa left me and my brothers six pennies that were all from the 1800's.

If you get more than $.25 a piece, you only stand to profit.  I have a decent amount of silver coins (half-dollars and such), but I'll hold on to them for quite awhile.  Don't think they'll ever be worth less than the printed/stamped/etched numbers inscribed upon them. =)

Coin collecting is fun. I have a silver dime, a silver dollar, and a few silver quarters. Also a few iron pennies in the care of my mom. they are not that rare, but still fun.

I know Doug Grey was a collector, and I saw him auction off bunches of nickels and quarters that were silver-based about a year or so ago. The auctions went for hundreds of dollars.

Doug Grey does the art for people with really wrinkled faces, right (such as Achan or Jephtha)?

The artist's name is on the card if you need to know for certain about those two cards specifically.
