America's Got Talent

I am loving America's Got Talent this year!

This year there is so much more talent then there was last year, (I'm only gonna say two words, Chicken Catcher, Nuff said)

I'm in high hopes of Fighting Gravity, Prince Poppycock and Jackie (10 year old opera singer).

Jackie is great but I don't think she has the endurance for the 1 hour shows she would be doing. Not to mention school on top of it.

I agree with the two others though.

@RR- I understand that she's only 10 but she will be getting older, and wehn she reaches 13-14 years of age, she should be able to hold her own.

I know some insider information about the show, so I won't say who I think is going to win.

Who I like, however, is Jackie, Fighting Gravity, Prince Poppycock, and Sharon Ozbourne.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

No one likes Michael Grimm? He's by far the best singer....yes I am saying he's better than the 10 year old. Give her another 10 years then maybe she could do it, but if she starts doing 1 hour shows 2-3 time heck even 1 time a week she's going to have surgery at 15 just to see if she can talk.

I do like Michael Grimm, and if it were American Idol, I would vote for him every time. But I think America's Got Talent should showcase the other talents. As far as Jackie goes, I hope she doesn't win for her sake. Her childhood has already probably been ruined, but I think winning would make it worse, like you said.

This is actually the problem I have with the show.  How can you truly judge who has more talent between a magician, singer, dancer, and a pianist?  It will most likely end up on which styke of talent you fancy the most.

I do love, however, that they do show so many different talents besides singing/dancing.  I just can't see picking the best one between the different talents.

Michael Grimm has great stage presence and a winning voice! Like Professoralstad said, if it were American Idol I would defiantly vote for him. However, when you come along with talents like Fighting Gravity and Studio One, along with Jackie and Prince Poppycock, His Talent doesn't shine as far as it would on American Idol.

I do love, however, that they do show so many different talents besides singing/dancing.  I just can't see picking the best one between the different talents.

I second that fact, it is all based on popular vote, which can be good or bad depending on what your own favorite is. Take my friend, he loved the Harmonica player, however, with who he was up against, he had no chance in winning the popularity vote.

<Ish that friend. I'm sorry but anyone who can play LADY GAGA and make it sound like music, not only music but Good music has a TON of talent. Sadly America doesn't like high class harmonica music.

And Neither does Howie Mandell! "Uncultured Ignoramus" XD Gotta love the Judges

Fixed. And it is true. He does raise some good points about some of the acts; the piano player is not going to win, despite his amazing talent. And I honestly don't think that Anna and Patryk could put together a Vegas show that people would buy tickets to. but Fighting Gravity--if they win, and I somehow get the means, I will definitely go see them someday.

XD I agree on the point of the Anna and Patryk, they are amazing and better then most professional dancers in their 20's and 30's. yet, a Vegas act done by them doesn't seem like it would catch much attention.

HOWEVER! If Prince Poppycock were to have a Vegas act, thaaaannnnn I would so go and see it! (money no option) just once, then I'd be happy ^__^ He's such a wonderful showman! (Weird and not well in the head) but still a wonderful showman!

They are great however I don't think that their latest act (Walking on the moon) was their best one. I think they should stick to the regular (However you would classify that) acts that they do.
