I believe it translates "Get Firefox".

As jokingly as it was, yeah. My IE did that on my old computer, switched to Firefox and never had a browser problem again.

Or Google Chrome. MMM.

The error message basically just says there is an error.  It is connected to the SearchTree.dll file, but it's never a good idea to mess with dll files unless you really know what you're doing.  Switching to Firefox (or my favorite, the media-loving Flock) as you already should've would probably be the simplest solution.

the SearchTree.dll is connected with Vendio Software, which makes some software for ebay sellers.  If it is causing the problem, then it may be in all the browsers.  Try the Firefox Safe Mode and see it works.

Firefox and google chrome do the same thing.  They crash on the same pages as Internet explorer 8  soo, im guessing it does NOT say get firefox  ;)

If you are using vista, think about using Windows Defender.  For a Microsoft product, it is actually quite good.  IMO, it beats S&D typically.

You can try uninstalling Vendio, trying it, and reinstalling Vendio if things look better.

Uninstal Vendio and reboot computer. Also try doing updates if using Windows.

What operating system are you using?

What is Vendio?  what does it do and how do I uninstall it?  If i do uninstall it will I need to re-install it and would that be located on one of my backup disks?

I am using Vista and it updates itself regularly
