There will not. However, if Redemption Live comes out, it will be usable by iSheep.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I'm not lover of Apple products, but I see more people use that term than actually own Macs. It wasn't funny at it's conception, let alone now.

The best part is that everyone who uses it is another form of sheep.

I'd never heard the term before. Not claiming I was the first to come up with it, but it makes sense that it's already a thing.

I have nothing against apple products. iPods and iPhones are great. The real computers notsomuch.

Apple makes real computers?  Wow, I've been out of the loop since Steve Jobs retired.

Here's the thing about Macs- they are extremely useful for a musician or artist. Outside of those demographics, PCs have absolutely everything Apple does, aside from the name, and Macs tend to be more economical. Macs, in themselves, are fantastic machines for where they really shine. You can't really blame Apple for an enormously successful marketing campaign to make Macs popular outside of the people who can really utilize them. The problem then, arises from people who blindly defend and purchase Macs who don't use them for anything more than they would a PC. Are Macs overpriced? Absolutely. That's just good business.

O_o;

Which macs are you referencing? I know the Macbooks are grossly overpriced (Mac book 1200 dollars Vs Similar Laptop 350 dollars, same specs except battery life and screen size(The pc's screen is bigger)

As for desktops I can't find one under 1,200 dollars for the Macs.

I've never understood why macs are the "art" computers, and I'm an art student myself.

Everything that my classmates can do... I can do on my windows XP booted macbook pro (my college required it... would have gotten a PC otherwise.)

The only thing I can see in favor of macs is Final Cut Pro, but similar software does exist on PC (Sony Vegas).

As a musician, I can say that the one, single thing macs have going for them is Garage Band for the simplest on-the-go just-had-this-idea recordings. Of course, a memo recorder does the same thing and costs less than $50, but still.

A PC with a mic and Audacity (free) can do this equally well.  :P

I will agree Garageband is a nice piece of software.

I had a lot of fun "remixing" songs with Audacity.  It's a great example of what OSS can do.
