None of war machines guns (cept the back one but he doesn't come from the back) will be able to SEE batman till he is already at melee range and if he is there already, you are already knocked out. Also Batman uses EMP based weaponry. GG.

I believe it was Bane, or at least Bane paralyzed him but I'm pretty sure he will be back somehow. Death in comics is never permanent, even Uncle Ben came back.
