Am I missing anything besides a monitor and speakers? Is this a decent price for the quality I'll be getting? I'll mostly be playing video games (Sims, Starcraft, Aoe) and some minor graphical design. There's also room for upgrades in this build if I decide I want to spend more money in the future. I'd like to keep it under $800, but that's not very realistic at this point becaues I'm not the kind to steal Windows  8)

Wheres the ATX Case?  :P

You also need a Windows 7 Install disc. XP would waste 1GB of your RAM, and Vista is just terrible.

WHOAH! hold on. XP would be a waste of 1GB? Where is your backup? Win7 takes more resources to run, as well as more hard drive space, and more headbashing as far as i'm concerned.

Feel free to save money and time by using XP. It still works fine. Out of all the super-techno-geeks I know, XP is the most useful. You can still get the looks and a few features of 7 with windows 7 http://windows7center.com/news/make-your-windows-xp-look-like-windows-7-m1/

And I also recommend (if you're willing to take a teensy bit of a challenge into something new, if you were born this century you should be fine) skip buying an OS and install Ubuntu. As far as i've seen, it does the best with resources and has plenty of free software designed for it. It's user friendly and doesn't give me headaches. or crash (xp crashes at least 10 times as often for me)

If you can get your hands on Windows XP Pro 64 bit it can handle a lot more than 3GB of RAM.  I have a machine that runs 8GB and XP 64 uses it all.
