Completeing a Quest....

I need the community's help to complete a quest but first the pertinent info...

The Quest?   To get all the Elders' signatures on my "Elders of the City" card.
Who do I have?
    1. Rob Anderson
    2. Chris Bany
    3. Reyzen
    4. John Michaliszyn
    5. Bryon Hake
    6. Gabe Isbell
    7. Mark Underwood
    8. John Early  (I think?  The last name is tough, but he was at Nats 2010 when I started the Quest so probably)
    9. Kevin Shride
   10. Jordan Alstad
Who am I getting soon?  (or plan to by mail because I forgot to take my card to Nats 2013)
   11. Justin Alstad
   12. Tim Maly

Who do I need the community's help with?
  *There are 3 Elder members that have disappeared....if you know how to contact them, then please let me know.

lol...my wife and I both decided that the first name is definitely John...the last name is a little bit harder to discern.   ???

I based it off the list of Elders made by Rob in the Rulings section.  It is the most accurate/up-to-date list that I know of.

Okay, I should clarify...the name "John" is clearly seen twice on the card, and we only have 2 Johns as Elders.
